Where do I enter the promo code?

Your promo can be entered in the checkout page. Please note that only one promo code can be applied at checkout.

I received a text message with a discount but when i clicked on the link, the discount did not apply to my cart?

If you have received a link with a discount code, please note that it is part of an automated scheduled text message but if you already have items with discount in your cart then the second code will not apply.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow us 2-4 business days to process your order. Once order is arranged, we will send your parcel securely to our local courier company's warehouse. Kindly refer to the shipping policy in the Help & Information tab.

Can I pay by cash on delivery?

Apologies, once payment is received, only then we start preparing your orders. You can pay through my.t money or Juice once you place your order.
